Australia post(オーストラリア公共郵便局)のサービスを利用して発送させていただきます。

As you may be aware, COVID-19 is having an impact on the world and some of the services we rely on. Although orders are packed and dispatched as soon as possible, please bear with us if your parcel experiences delays during transit. 送料は手数料を含めオーストラリア国内 $4.00~
オーストラリア国外は$25.00~ (Registered mail 追跡可能)を申し受けます。オーストラリア以外の国からのお買い物に関しては各国の規定によっては関税がかかる可能性があり、関税はお客様のご負担となりますことご了承の上お買い物をされます様お願いいたします。








hipping starts from AU$4 depending on the weight  and the shipping method you choose. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping notification as everything is printed to order,  signed, then posted to you with care.

If you require signature upon delivery and are not there when your parcel arrives, you will not always receive a notification from the post office. Please be sure to check your tracking on the fulfilment notice supplied once your order has been sent.

Express shipping is available at the checkout but extra fees will apply.

Please note I do not cover the costs for redelivery if there happens to be a return to sender. 



Shipping starts from AU$25 depending on the destination country and the shipping method you choose.  This means that the shipping fee may either increase or decrease.  Please note that while there is some tracking available, Australia Post has certain limitations on the amount of information it can provide while your parcel is in transit. I have found them to be very reliable with International Delivery. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time you place your order for international shipping.

Once dispatched you will receive a fulfilment notice by email with a tracking number for your reference.

Care is taken to pack your goods in a way to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged parcel please take photos, keep the parcel and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We only offer limited returns and will not issue a return for change of mind. If the product is faulty or damaged during delivery then we will happily exchange it for you.
